During my time as a student at Western I developed excellent abilities in written and verbal communication, as well as efficient research and analytical skills. I am detail-oriented, reliable and have very strong problem solving skills. With five years of retail experience, I have learned managerial duties, communication skills, as well as proficiencies in customer service and client relations. In 2012 I was accepted into an exchange program at the University of Essex in Colchester Essex, United Kingdom. My time abroad allowed me to travel and explore other cultures as well as artistic and academic environments, while also providing an opportunity to become more self-sufficient.
